The Route
Project Endure is a 2,000-mile test of resilience. Drew will run 1,000 miles from Land’s End to John O’Groats in 20 days, averaging 50 miles a day, before cycling 1,000 miles back in just 10 days. One of the toughest challenges imaginable, all in just 30 days.
With just one week to go, the countdown to Project Endure is officially on.
On 22nd September, Drew will set off from Land’s End on the first leg of his journey: a relentless 1,000-mile run to John O’Groats. For 20 consecutive days, he will cover an average of 50 miles daily – almost two marathons a day – passing through iconic UK locations including St Austell, Bristol, Cardiff, Hereford, Preston, Carlisle, Loch Ness and finally Bettyhill before reaching the northern tip of Scotland on 11th October.
But the challenge doesn’t end there. On 12th October, Drew will switch disciplines and begin cycling back down the country. Starting in John O’Groats, he’ll ride 100 miles each day for 10 days, making his way through Loch Migdale, Spean Bridge, Moffat, Windermere, Middlewich, Hereford, Bristol, and Okehampton before crossing the finish line back at Land’s End on 21st October.
In total, Drew will cover 2,000 miles in 30 days – a feat that demands not only immense physical preparation but also extraordinary mental endurance. Along the way, he hopes to inspire others to push beyond their perceived limits and to raise vital funds for charity.
Supporters are encouraged to join him along the route – whether running, cycling, or simply cheering him on – and there will be a live tracker available to follow his exact location day by day.
This is more than just a challenge; it’s a statement of what’s possible when determination meets purpose.
